Measuring Length by Comparing
Our current Math unit is all about measurement. In Grade One, students are required to be able to use length to compare and order objects. Today the boys and girls were given the task of finding objects around the classroom that were "shorter than", "longer than" and "about the same as" an unsharpened pencil.
