This week in Math we are working on Christmas Math Centers. There are eight activities that practice and reinforce various concepts that we have worked on so far in Grade One Math: counting, before and after, ten frames, number words, greater and less, number patterns, sequencing numbers from least to greatest, etc. Students worked with partners to complete the activities. Each activity involves manipulating number cards or counting and then showing work on a recording sheet. Here are some pictures to show what the students were doing:
